Remote Record Clerk (Entry-Level)
Location: Plano, TX (Remote position available)
Compensation: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
Shifts: Flexible, with shifts available every day of the week

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and verify the accuracy of records
Scan and index documents for easy access and organization
Maintain both digital and physical files in an orderly manner
Respond promptly to internal and external requests for records
Review records for completeness and accuracy
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related field
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and the ability to type 40 wpm
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field
Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, CRR)
Familiarity with database management software
Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA
