Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated Full Cycle Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process , working closely with hiring managers to attract, source, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates.

This role will be an integral part of the HR department and may occasionally support other areas of HR, such as culture, engagement, and employee experience , as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruiting process from job intake to offer acceptance within Corporate, Sales, Operations, Field Operations, Warehouse/Supply Chain, Engineering and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective s .
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Applicant Tracking & Process Management:

• Post jobs, review applicants, and manage the hiring process using Paylocity ATS .
• Build and maintain structured interview plans within the system.
• Ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring metrics.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience , ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns .

Talent Pipeline & Market Research:

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with passive candidates.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-growth or start up company.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting , from intake to hiring.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various recruiting tools and platforms .
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask .
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices .
• Proficiency in Google Suite and HR software systems .
• Ability to work EST hours and reside in Atlanta, GA or Charleston, SC market
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and/or report to our Atlanta office.
