Job Summary: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing will be instrumental in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company values and goals. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, focusing on trade labor, finding specialized Technician positions. The position is a hybrid role, working out of our corporate office in Lewisville, TX (50% in-office).
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide guidance on hiring best practices, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, scheduling and conducting interviews, collecting feedback, creating and extending offers, and facilitating pre-employment and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruiting agencies, and vendors as necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics to hiring managers and leadership.
- Schedule pre-employment testing and screening processes and maintain associated data.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work-related experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume requisition load, within a related industry.
- Must have prior experience in trade-related or Retail recruitment.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with 20+ job openings is strongly desired.
- Prior experience with Jobvite/Employ is strongly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment metrics, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.

Working Conditions: - Hybrid Role: Combination of in-office and remote work.
- Availability to work outside of regular business hours to accommodate candidate schedules and interview availability.
- Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events or meetings with candidates or hiring managers.
