We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join Kosmos, a leading recruiting company. This is a remote position, but you must be in the United States. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. Your work will directly impact the success and growth of our organization, making this role vital to our operations.

You will be involved in a variety of projects, from identifying qualified candidates through various channels to managing the entire recruitment process. This position offers a great opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team to drive recruitment strategies and initiatives forward, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Prepare and present job offers
• Participate in job fairs and career events to attract top talent

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter in an agency environment with at least 1 year of experience.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
