zTrip is the largest taxi transportation company in North America, operating in 38 cities nationwide. We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to our customers. This is a hybrid position located in Leawood, KS. It does require 2 full days a week in office with flexible hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting pre-screening interviews, and supporting onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities of a Recruiting Assistant:

• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including coordinating paperwork and orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications of a Recruiting Assistant:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR support preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
