Job Title: Recruiting HR Coordinator 

 

Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid)

 

Pay: $50,000 - 55,000k BOE

 

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-6p or 10a-7p

 

Job Description:

• Track candidate progress, provide timely follow-ups, and communicate job details.
• Assist with job analysis and maintain accurate new hire documentation.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and exit interview
• Administer employee benefits, process payroll, and manage COBRA for terminated employees
• Collaborate on employee recognition programs and initiatives to enhance company culture.

 

Requirements:

Human Resource experience (Recruiting & Payroll) Required 

1-2 years experience in previous roles is required

High School Diploma or GED

Capable of working under pressure and acting quickly

Strong follow-through skills

Extraordinary time management and organizational skills
