Program Overview: As a Recruitment Intern, you will support our recruitment team in sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates—and posting jobs across relevant platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality industry, learn recruitment best practices, and contribute to the growth of our team.

• Current Student or Recent Graduate: Interns must be currently enrolled in a program of study at George Mason University and be in good academic standing. Transcripts are required as a supplement to this application.
• Cover Letter: Applicants must submit an essay expressing their interest in the program and what they hope to gain from their experience. The essay should be in Microsoft Word and not exceed one page. The essay is required as a supplement to this appli cation.
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Interns must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be punctual with  reliable transportation, have a strong work ethic and maintain confidentiality when required.
