Responsibilities: • Serve as a representative for clients involved in real estate transactions • Conduct property showings, open houses, and evaluations of the market for relocating individuals. • Create and implement marketing strategies tailored to promoting listings through channels like social media and MLS. • Negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements specific to the area. • Manage communication and coordination among all parties throughout the transaction process • Keep detailed records, deliver outstanding client service, and cultivate lasting relationships with clients.
