We are seeking a  Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in turning data into insights that support business decisions, performance optimization, and strategic initiatives.

Must to Have

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency with  Excel ,  SQL , and at least one BI tool ( Power BI ,  Tableau , or  Looker )
• Experience with data cleaning, wrangling, and visualization
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
• Background in statistics, economics, or business intelligence
• Experience working in agile or remote teams
