Overview:
We are a well-established travel agency seeking a Remote Cruise Consultant to support clients in planning and booking cruise vacations. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about cruise travel and enjoy working independently while delivering high-quality service to travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with cruise selection and booking based on travel goals, timelines, and budgets
Provide insight into various cruise lines, ship features, and destinations, with a focus on Caribbean itineraries
Manage end-to-end booking processes including reservations, payment details, and client communications
Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage referrals
Stay updated on cruise promotions, destination changes, and travel requirements
Requirements:
Strong interest in cruising; personal cruise travel experience is a plus
Professional communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Comfortable working with online booking tools and customer management systems
