Records Processing Clerk
$26 per hour 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Records Processing Clerk to join our team at Reeves. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our Hospital & Health Care industry clients. As a Remote Records Processing Clerk, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process and organize medical records efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
• Update and maintain electronic databases with new information.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and staff to verify data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or records management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and database software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
