POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a teachable , detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Revenue Manager. In this role, you will work with our revenue management software to manage pricing strategies for short-term rental properties. 

Precision and attention to detail are essential , as you will be analyzing our Short-Term Rental competitor data to make informed decisions. You will also need to be comfortable challenging superiors or asking for clarification when needed; we value critical thinking and input from all team members.

Working remotely, you’ll use our revenue management software to find and analyze competitor data. In addition, you will respond to customer service emails and messages as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and analyze pricing data using PriceLabs software
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure correct pricing and data analysis
• Ensure accuracy when analyzing data, precision is more important than speed
• Respond to customer emails and messages when necessary
• Continuously seek to learn and improve new skills in the role

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with PriceLabs or a similar revenue management software
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision 
• Ability to question superiors if necessary and communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
• Must have a reliable computer and solid, high-speed internet connection to ensure efficiency and maintain smooth operations remotely.
• Available full-time , with no other employment during the term of this role.
• 1 year of experience in Revenue Management with strong problem-solving skills and a drive to take the initiative in a virtual workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $8.75 - $10/ hour
