Expectations

What unique responsibilities does this individual perform?

To assist Marketing Director and team in the following areas:

Work operations in the restaurant as a team member
Community (maintaining current relationships and initiating new opportunities)
Fundraising: Calendar Sales and Cookie Sales
Organize and schedule all Family Nights
Concessions and 3rd Party Sales
Work with “Catering Team” to grow outside sales
Business partner relationships with schools
Business of the Week
Food distribution
Donation requests
Oversee placement and stewardship of marketing materials in the community (banners, signs, etc.)
Stewardship of cows offsite
Off-site events (Planning, decorating, execution, leading, tracking results, etc.)
Working with anyone who wants to have Chick-fil-A off our property
Identifying, recording, and communicating any community events that we should be at (little league tournaments, community runs, etc.) or that will impact our normal business (sporting events, spring breaks, etc.)
Mastering and modeling all behaviors and expectations in department
Assisting in operations during peak hours and as needed
