Job Description

I’m donut ? is looking for friendly and energetic Counter Attendant/Cashier to join our team as we open our first U.S. location in Times Square. As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering excellent service, processing transactions, and assisting with the preparation and presentation of our signature donuts. You’ll be an essential part of our team, helping us uphold the high standards of quality and service that define the I’m donut ? brand.

What You'll Do:

Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout your shift.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, contributing to a welcoming team environment.
  • Assist fellow staff members as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Guest Interaction & Service:

  • Greet and welcome all guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Provide knowledgeable and genuine service by answering questions about our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Assist with finishing touches on menu items, such as icing, decorating, or warming items to meet presentation and quality standards.

Workstation & Equipment Management:

  • Complete all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures, ensuring the pastry display, condiment bar, and workstations are fully stocked and clean.
  • Care for and maintain equipment, following all safety and sanitation procedures.

Point of Sale & Transactions:

  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system, handling cash and credit card transactions with care.
  • Follow proper procedures for opening and closing the register and managing transactions.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all Department of Health (DOH) and safety standards.
  • Ensure that service areas are always tidy and presentable.
