As an RN Unit Manager, you will lead and support a team of nursing professionals, ensuring that each resident receives high-quality care under the guidance of their attending Physician and the Director of Nursing Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the nursing team to provide exceptional care to residents.
Collaborate with the attending Physician and Director of Nursing Services to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Manage daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring smooth and effective team performance.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Proven supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care settings.
