Sky Zone in Schererville, IN is looking for sales associates to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provide information about Sky Zone's services, pricing, and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Cash Handling:
• Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and gift card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Count cash in the register at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
• Handle refunds or exchanges following company policies and procedures.
• Ticket Sales:
• Sell tickets for jump sessions, special events, and other Sky Zone attractions.
• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate ticket options based on their needs.
• Promotions and Upselling:
• Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and membership options.
• Upsell additional services or products such as merchandise, party packages, or concession items.
• Customer Safety:
• Ensure guests adhere to safety rules and guidelines while inside the facility.
• Communicate safety instructions to customers before they enter the trampoline courts or participate in activities.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
• Help with basic maintenance tasks such as wiping down surfaces, organizing merchandise, and restocking supplies.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide efficient and seamless service to customers.
• Assist other departments as needed during peak hours or special events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic recreational environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the facility.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks.
• Comfortable working in an environment with high noise levels and bright lights.

Shift Requirements:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Shift availability:

• Weekend closing availability is required.
