Are you an expert in window & door sales with a passion for leadership?
We're hiring a Sales Manager – Windows & Doors to lead our high-performance in-home sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue while mentoring a group of driven, customer-focused sales reps.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a team of in-home sales consultants focused on impact windows and doors.
- Run weekly sales meetings, track performance, and coach for success.
- Attend customer consultations and assist in high-value closings.
- Optimize sales processes and lead conversion strategies.
✅ You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience in windows, doors, or home remodeling .
- Deep knowledge of impact windows, entry doors, sliding doors.
- Proven success managing an in-home sales team .
- Familiar with CRM tools and territory management.
