Licensing Expert
Experience: L3- 7+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience
Required Skills:

• In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of multiple publishers (Tier 1and Tier 2) such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Citrix, Techsmith, Autodesk, etc.
• In depth knowledge on ServiceNow SAM Pro
  Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
• Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.
• In-Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.
• Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.
• Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.
• Good Presentation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.
• Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.
• Harvesting & Optimization etc.
• Day to Day SAM operation work
• Resource building and Resource planning
• Training and Mentoring of the team.
• Escalation handling.
