Minimum Requirements
- 1 Year of commercial Driving experience in the last 36 Months
- Clean MVR
- Can pass a DOT approved Drug screen

Career path option
Home Time
Get home multiple nights a week. Run six days a week with a
oneday (34 hours) reset (likely a Monday Tuesday or
Wednesday)
Loading Unloading Detention & Additional Pay
Detention rate: 25% of what is billed to the customer
All drops and pickups except the initial pickup and final
drop will be paid $30 each
Trailer swaps: $35 per swap (1 trailer in & 1 trailer out)
Does not include new load dropped or empty trailer moved to place new load.
Hand unloading: $50 minimum per trailer when drivers
are required to unload a full trailer.
Driver manager must authorize and may pay lesser amounts when driver
assists or doesnt physically unload a full load.
Layover & Breakdown: $200 (after 1st day)
Lodging will be reimbursed and limited to $90 per day if
layover is authorized
Truck Order Not Used (TONU) will be paid 25% when
billed to the customer
Hourly pay: $20/hr for local work at a terminal
