Job Title: SAP Security Analyst
Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid: Onsite Tue Thu, Remote Mon & Fri)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Analyst to join a high-impact global SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation. You'll be a key player in resolving security and GRC defects, managing access, and ensuring compliance as the team prepares for upcoming regional go-lives in APAC, North America, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:Resolve SAP security and GRC defects during testing phases
Design, implement, and maintain security roles across SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors)
Manage access provisioning, de-provisioning, and user administration
Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit controls
Support audit activities with documentation and evidence (IPE)
3+ years of SAP Security experience with large ERP implementations
Strong knowledge of SAP systems: S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, etc.
Hands-on with SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM)
Familiarity with SOX compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
SAP Security or GRC certification
Experience with Fiori Spaces/Pages and IAM integrations
