Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/yr.

Daily tasks:

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, and inventory adjustments.
• Handle customer billing, intercompany account reconciliations, and monthly credit card expense tracking.
• Generate and input year-end physical inventory counts and conduct margin reviews for completed orders.
• Assist with reporting for special projects and provide documentation for year-end audits.
• Support staff across locations with research and addressing general inquiries.
• Crosstrain in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for sister companies.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by the department.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with ERP software E2, a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical skills
