Job Summary

Health Safety Environmental HSE Leader for the Freeport, IL Plant 4 manufacturing operations to ensure compliance to all HSE regulations/requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Implements HSE standards
- Provide technical assistance on U.S. HSE Regulations
- Site compliance reviews and defining/closing actions for gaps identified
- Strong MOS (Management Operating System) administration
- Advocates Operating System and safe behaviors
- Effective coach and role model
- Deploys safety initiatives
- Tracks, Trends, and Measures key HSE metrics
- Administrator of electronic management system
- Ensures compliance standards and continuous improvement

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree. Preference in safety, environmental science, environmental engineering or related field

- HSE Management System experience (procedural and electronic system)

- Preferred - HSE certification (CSP, ASP, CHMM, etc.)
