Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Interior Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for design, a meticulous attention to detail, and the expertise to manage projects from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional in-person relationship skills, a positive, attitude-free approach, and a genuine love for working in an office environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present innovative design concepts for residential spaces.

- Create detailed plans and visualizations using AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.

- Manage project administration, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.

- Prepare and track purchase orders, ensuring seamless procurement processes.

- Prepare project schedules for all selections.

- Source and select high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes aligned with project goals.

- Deliver professional and compelling presentations to clients and team members.

- Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships through exceptional communication and professionalism.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment in the office.

- Create and manage client budgets, ensuring projects are executed within financial guidelines.

- Stay committed to ongoing personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.

- 5+ years of professional experience in interior design.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and successful projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and familiarity with studio designer or similar management tools.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on in-person interactions.

- Experience in sourcing materials and furnishings for high-end projects.

- Proven ability to create and manage client budgets effectively.

- A positive, attitude-free mindset with a genuine passion for working in an office environment and collaborating with a lead designer and construction team.
