### **Position Summary**

The Craft Bartender is a central figure in creating memorable guest experiences at The Meeting Spot. This role combines expert mixology, warm hospitality, and a passion for craft beverage culture. You will be responsible for executing a high-quality bar program, providing efficient and engaging service, and upholding the standards that define our brand.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity, following house recipes and techniques.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all drink offerings, including seasonal cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
* Engage with guests at the bar and tables in a friendly, professional manner.
* Ensure bar setup and breakdown is completed thoroughly, including restocking, prep, cleaning, and side work.
* Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to the Bar Manager.
* Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health codes.
* Assist in creating and refining cocktail menus and specials alongside the Bar Manager.
* Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
* Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.

### **Qualifications**

* Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a craft or high-volume bar setting.
* Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for hospitality.
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Must be 21+ and possess or obtain all relevant alcohol service certifications (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).
