Mexico Joe's is looking for Experienced Servers who are upbeat and personable to join our team!

As a Server for Mexico Joe's, you will enhance guest experiences by offering personalized service, suggestions and meal pairings. Daily tasks will include taking orders accurately, delivering hot food promptly, clearing tables, managing transactions and delighting our guests! We are looking for people who love interacting with customers and who can provide efficient and accurate service to every guest.

If you would like to become a server at Eskimo Joe's you must first work on our Support Staff team. Transitioning from Support to Server at Eskimo Joe's is done based on business needs, performance, age requirements, and seniority.

Typical lunch shifts range from 10:00AM-4:00PM. Dinner Shifts range from 3:30PM-10:00PM. Some flexibility in start time can be allotted for. 

 

Our preferred candidate should be available for the following workdays:

• OSU Football Games
• Half of OSU Winter Break (December 12th - January 11th)

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of serving experience preferred
• Flexible Availability - at least one lunch shift M-F 
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must wear socks and restaurant slip-resistant shoes
• Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License
• Top-Notch customer service skills
• Teamwork mentality
• Multi-tasking and listening
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Standing & Walking for 8+ Hours
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs
