Social Media and Graphics Manager

We're seeking a Social Media and Graphics Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support federal programs both onsite and remotely, bringing your creativity and expertise to make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
Organize, plan, and develop content to support newly authorized programs and initiatives for a government client.
Drive social media strategy with a focus on creating engaging content and eye-catching graphics.
Collaborate with working groups to ensure critical deliverables are completed on time and messaging is consistent across all platforms.
Partner with leadership to implement policy priorities and guide resource allocation in coordination with other teams.
Create, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
Design compelling graphics and layouts that align with brand standards, ensuring all deliverables are visually appealing and on-brand.
Produce assets such as social media posts, email templates, online ads, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Use typography, color, and imagery to create designs that are clear, compelling, and visually exciting for both print and digital media.
Maintain and update branding guidelines, templates, and assets to reflect the brand's evolving identity.
Develop high-quality print materials that seamlessly align with the brand's digital presence.
What You Bring to the Team
Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Experience:
At least 4 years of graphic design experience.
Previous experience in government programs, the energy sector, or energy-related initiatives is preferred.
A portfolio showcasing your design work, including illustrations and graphics.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
Expertise in photo retouching, image manipulation, and creating icons and branded elements.
Experience with video editing and simple animations.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and business writing expertise.
Education
A Bachelor's degree is required.
