Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, providing individualized support and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.

What You'll Do:

Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions based on individual treatment plans.
Collect data and track client progress.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations.
What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification.
