Job Summary: The Senior Field Sales Representative (FSR) sells home infusion therapy services to physicians for their patients in assigned territory. This position requires a high degree of sales ability, clinical knowledge, communication skills, self-motivation, time management, and flexibility.
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed monthly new business start goals
• Develop, execute and sustain effective strategies for growing market share
• Identify key decision makers within customer accounts and establish strong relationships with those individuals
• Understand reimbursement issues and effectively negotiate contracts to ensure profitability
• Work closely with branch staff on all aspects of service delivery including billing, equipment maintenance, and compliance
• Participate in internal training programs designed to improve productivity and sales effectiveness
• Attend industry conferences and participates in trade show events as directed by management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; will consider Associate Degree with equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years outside sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
• Strong knowledge of managed care principles and third party reimbursement processes
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of disease states treated by home infusion therapy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position: $125,400 - $209,000
Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
