This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their finance team and make a significant impact. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can handle full-cycle accounting in a complex, multi-entity setting.

Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their finance team and make a significant impact. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can handle full-cycle accounting in a complex, multi-entity setting.

What You'll Do: As a key member of the accounting team, you will move beyond basic debits and credits. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling daily accounting activities, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and month-end adjustments.

• Owning the reconciliation of key general ledger accounts (Cash, A/P, A/R, Inventory, Intercompany).

• Tackling complex inventory reconciliation across cultivation, production, and retail operations.

• Assisting with monthly COGS calculations, including inventory changes and labor allocations.

• Supporting complex tax compliance and documentation unique to this highly regulated field.

• Processing vendor invoices, managing A/P aging, and assisting with A/R.

• Performing bank reconciliations and daily cash management reporting.

• Helping to maintain internal controls, document processes, and prepare for audits.
