Job Description

Staffing Coordinator

Full-time

**$21.86 per hour**

RHD Is hiring a full time Staffing Coordinator to support recruitment activity in the NE PA programs.

Position Summary

The staffing coordinator is a member of the administrative team. This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment, onboarding of Direct Care Professionals (DSPs). A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

 

Essential Duties and Functions:

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Recruitment of DSP staff, posts positions via Applicant Tracking System and outside job boards, and stages hiring outcomes. 
  • Provides recommendations for best candidates. 
  • Provides onboarding for new hires, through orientation and job trainings. 
  • Participates in RHD internal and local hiring events

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED equivalency. Associates degree in human services field preferred. 
  • 3 years of experience with services provided by group homes, day program, and/or support to individuals living independently in the community preferred
  • Preferred experience in staffing and/or recruiting activities.
  • Use of Microsoft Office products. 
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required. 

 

Working Conditions

Hybrid role-minimum of two days in office and as needed.

Physical Requirements

Job requires ability to sit reviewing data in an electronic form using a computer monitor and keyboard for a length of time, and to use other standard office equipment. The position will require the individual to be able to use a telephone and move about to conduct the work. Must be able to drive personal vehicle. 

 

Lifting Requirements

  • Medium: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
