Job Description

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead the charge in driving growth across revenue, brand recognition, and market presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the trajectory of a high-growth company. Collaborating with key business areas such as Sales, Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, you'll guide our marketing strategies to reinforce our leadership position and foster continued growth. At the heart of your work will be building a culture that empowers your team and promotes collaboration to address complex challenges.

Who You Are:
You're an experienced B2B SaaS marketing executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses in mid-market and enterprise environments. Your expertise spans both demand generation and partnership-driven growth strategies. You excel at leveraging inbound marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) tactics to achieve outstanding results across various customer segments. You measure marketing success through pipeline and revenue contribution, and focus on key metrics like MQL to SQL conversion, SQL to Closed Won, and lead generation targeting ideal customer profiles (ICP). With an in-depth understanding of SaaS metrics such as CAC, NRR, and Burn Ratio, you develop efficient, data-driven strategies. Above all, you are a natural leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Design and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and continuously refine strategies.
Oversee marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution in areas like lead flow, systems, and workflows. You'll manage tools like HubSpot to align processes with broader business goals and collaborate with the RevOps team to address any operational bottlenecks.
Branding, Messaging, and Positioning

Champion the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's values in all customer-facing interactions.
Refine messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences, distinguish the brand, and reinforce competitive advantages.
Lead initiatives to increase brand equity and foster strong, emotional connections with customers and partners.
Demand Generation & Customer Engagement

Drive end-to-end demand generation strategies that convert prospects into loyal customers.
Oversee integrated campaigns across digital channels, social media, email, and events to build a strong marketing funnel.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and revenue targets.
Partner with business development teams to create targeted outbound campaigns aimed at upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, while maintaining aligned messaging.
Develop customer advocacy programs, including testimonials, case studies, and joint marketing efforts, to amplify brand messaging and generate referrals.
Cultivate a vibrant customer community that encourages knowledge sharing and brand loyalty through forums, events, and user groups.
Partner and Channel Marketing

Develop and execute strategic partner and channel marketing programs that drive success for partners and expand market demand.
Work closely with the partnerships team to create co-marketing opportunities that enhance the impact of key alliances.
Product Marketing and Market Expansion

Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment on positioning and messaging.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and support successful expansion into emerging markets, including international markets.
Content Strategy & Creation

Define the content direction and oversee the creation of a content calendar that positions the company as a thought leader in the industry across various media, including blogs, webinars, videos, podcasts, and more.
Align content strategies with business objectives to deliver valuable insights to prospects, customers, and partners, ensuring maximum impact.
Customer Events and Conferences

Lead the planning and execution of annual customer conferences and other key events, creating engaging agendas and impactful experiences that foster community, showcase product innovation, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Collaborate with teams to ensure events align with broader marketing and business goals.
Analyst Relations & Competitive Intelligence

Build relationships with industry analysts to enhance market credibility.
Drive competitive intelligence efforts to inform positioning, product development, and sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Development

Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support team members' professional development by offering mentorship, resources, and growth opportunities.
How You'll Know You're Successful (Key KPIs):
