Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible to deliver the services associated with UC Service Module based on the scope set out in the MSA
· Own the Service Levels and contractual commitments including the Service Level reporting for the UC Service Module
· Re-purpose/re-mobilize the critical operational resources to meet any immediate requirement across Service Delivery and Operations.
· Drive Continuous Service Improvement for UC Service Module
· Own and implement the Business Continuity plan for the operations of the UC Service module
· Responsible for the demand and consumption of the Services of the UC Service module
· Support BASF Service Delivery Managers in delivering their responsibilities.
· Participate in customer calls and be contact for regional customers to respond/support on potential design questions
· Support to Operations Team on Incidents and complex requests
· Travel within region may be required
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
· Working experience of 8-10 years on on Voice Services and Platforms.
· Experience on Large Enterprise Networks in as a Service/Technical Delivery Manager.
· Strong experience on UC (preferably CISCO) technologies and associated protocols.
· Strong understanding/experience on tools like VOSS
· Must have CCNP (Voice)/CCIE Voice desirable
· Ability to coordinate with various teams involved in the BASF Contract to deliver the services to the customer on time also with the committed quality.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced complex network environment.
· Strong skills on MS Office for reports and preparation of RCA
· Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over long periods of time.
· Ability to work "on call" support at odd hours as needed.
· Besides fluent in English additional Language is desired
