Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Basking Ridge, NJ. Shift: 5x8 hr flex Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $3125 / Week Duties & Responsibilities:Performs Patient assessments: Accurately assesses patient’s appropriateness for hospice care, learning needs and progress toward goals. Develops the plan of care for the patient and familyEnsures appropriate utilization of services: Maintains visit productivity standards. Demonstrates knowledge of insurance reimbursementCompletes discharge assessments: Performs laptop transfer of data twice daily. Completes admission assessment and transfers within 24 hours.
