Job Description
An academically affiliated Urgent Care clinic in Southwest New York is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its dedicated and collaborative care team. Located within driving distance of both Buffalo (85 miles) and Rochester (95 miles), this position offers a balance of professional fulfillment and small-town charm.
Position Highlights:
- Work 7 ten-hour shifts in two weeks (9 AM-7:30 PM)
- No call responsibilities
- Join a supportive team of 2 full-time and 2 per diem Advanced Providers
- 1 APP per shift with an average of 25 patients per day, plus 3-5 Occupational Medicine visits
- Typical cases include sprains, strains, flu/cold symptoms, and occupational health screens (higher acuity triaged to the Emergency Department)
- 50% adult / 50% pediatric patient mix
- EMR: Epic
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary $110,000-$160,000, based on experience

Qualifications:
- NCCPA certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine (with procedural experience)
