Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you will work as an independent contractor, offering fractional administrative services. Your support will help financial advisors manage their operations smoothly while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Administrative Support - Handle paperwork preparation, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and oversee general office tasks.
✔ Data Entry & Record-Keeping - Maintain accurate records and ensure client systems are up to date.
✔ Email & File Management - Organize digital files and manage email correspondence efficiently.
✔ Client & Advisor Communication - Interact professionally with advisors and their clients to facilitate seamless operations.
✔ Confidentiality & Compliance - Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to industry best practices.

What We're Looking For
✅ Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager (experience in financial services is a plus but not required).
✅ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software.
✅ Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.
✅ Sharp attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record management.
✅ Ability to work independently while supporting multiple advisors efficiently.
