We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable English teachers to work remotely with children aged 3 to 18 in Asia. As an online teacher, you'll have the flexibility to create a positive learning environment, all while working from the comfort of your own home. No prior experience with our curriculum is required, as we provide all the training and materials you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach one-on-one English lessons for children aged 3-18
Deliver engaging 25-minute lessons using Total Physical Response (TPR) methods
Maintain an energetic, approachable, and reliable presence in each class
Open a minimum of 10 peak hours per week to accommodate students' schedules
Follow the provided curriculum and utilize provided teaching materials
Always be punctual and prepared for every class
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature)
A teaching certificate or license issued by a recognized state agency or teaching association in the US or Canada
At least 1 year of teaching experience in a public or international school
Ability to use TPR (Total Physical Response) methods to keep lessons interactive and fun
Energetic, approachable, and committed to inspiring young minds
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
Technical Requirements:
PC Specs: Windows Intel Core i5 (2.3 GHz or above) or MacBook Pro/iMac (post-2016) / MacBook Air (post-2020), with at least 8GB of RAM
Internet Connection: Stable fiber internet with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps (10 Mbps download)
Accessories: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a clean, well-lit, quiet teaching space
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Teachers must be available for at least 10 peak hours each week
