West Coast Self-Storage is looking for someone to join our Customer Success team in Beaverton, OR as Customer Success Specialist. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

****This is a non-remote position*****

What you’ll do:

• Respond to and follow up with incoming storage inquiries (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (web chat, SMS text and 1-800 customer support calls)
• Respond to and follow up with reservations from customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregators
• Support stores in our 140+ network in 5 states

Requirements:

• Mad multi-tasking skills! (required)
• Strong desire to help customers (required)
• Ability to self-manage while working independently
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Previous call center experience a plus!
