About the Role
Join our innovative Neonatal Escalation Safety Telemetry (NEST) program and play a vital role in ensuring the safety of mothers and babies across our hospital network. As a Senior Clinical Nurse I, you'll work nights remotely as part of a dedicated team, providing expert monitoring of fetal tracings and collaborating with bedside nurses to identify any concerns early on.
What You'll Do:
Be a superhero for moms and babies! Analyze fetal tracings around the clock, identifying any abnormalities and及时 (jí shí) (immediately) notifying the bedside team.
Use your clinical expertise to mentor and coach other nurses, empowering them to deliver the best possible care.
Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and integrate them into your daily routine.

What You'll Bring:
Be a registered nurse in the state of Maryland with a minimum of five years of labor and delivery experience.
