We’re currently looking to recruit a claims associate to join our client’s team. If you’re interested in insurance, customer care, and medical issues, this would be ideal for you. The job entails assessing and settling claims directly with clients or service providers in line with the company’s customer service standards.
Full on-the-job training will be provided.
You must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and an ability to relate well to people. Excellent communication and listening skills are important and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing, who is able to work under pressure, and has an interest in medical issues.
