Job Description:
First Point of Contact: Serve as the welcoming voice and face of EcoWay Voyagers, providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and travelers via phone, email, and online chat.
Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries and requests from clients and travelers, providing information, assistance, and routing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual regarding sustainable travel options, eco-friendly accommodations, and responsible tourism initiatives.
Reservation Assistance: Assist travelers with booking accommodations, flights, and eco-friendly transportation options, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and sustainability values.
Itinerary Coordination: Coordinate travel itineraries, including accommodations, flights, tours, and activities, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients and guests while promoting sustainable travel practices.
Environmental Awareness: Educate travelers about eco-friendly travel options, carbon offset programs, and sustainable tourism practices, encouraging them to make environmentally conscious choices during their journeys.
Remote Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to team members, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and other tasks as needed to maintain an organized and efficient office environment focused on sustainable travel initiatives.
