Role Overview:

DSI Systems Inc., the nation's largest home services distributor, is expanding! We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals for our Inside Sales Enablement position. This role is critical to our sales operations, providing vital support to our sales team and helping to deliver exceptional customer experience.

As an Inside Sales Enablement Specialist, you will focus on pre-sales activities, answering product and promotion questions, supporting order entry, completing sales, and assisting customers with shipping updates. This is a sales-oriented role designed to help you develop a strong foundation in B2B sales support, with room for growth and uncapped commission opportunities.

Travel or office requirements This position will report to our Richardson, Texas office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
  • Support Sales Processes: Handle product inquiries, order entries, and sales completions for business customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with business clients and dealers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Answer product and promotion questions, ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.
  • Sales Reporting: Track progress regularly and identify ways to boost sales performance.
  • Dealer Support: Provide training and onboarding support to dealers, assisting them with successful launches and activations.
  • Process Orders: Place equipment orders and follow through with customers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in business-to-business or subscription-based environments.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in the Video, Broadband, Wireless, and Security industries.
