Summary:
The Junior UX Designer will create user-friendly and visually engaging designs for digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet user needs. The role involves conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing to deliver accessible and innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using various tools and techniques.
• Conduct user research to identify user needs, goals, and pain points.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes following user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment and consistency.
• Test and evaluate usability and accessibility of designs, incorporating feedback into iterations.
• Present design concepts and solutions to various audiences and management levels.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with UX design trends, technologies, and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
