Position : EXECUTIVE/OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Pay Range : USD 1,000 - 2,000 per month â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹(The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)
Recruitment process: 3 step interview process

Company/Client Overview: Insurance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the entire 10-person team with company-wide administrative tasks.
• Handle CRM cleanup and data management.
• Create certificates of insurance and prepare proposal/signature bundles.
• Assist with back-office functions, including customer success operations as needed.
• Contribute to improving and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new systems.
• Provide potential client-facing support, requiring strong English proficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Self-starter: Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
• Quick learner: Adaptable to new tools, systems, and workflows.
• Detail-oriented: Committed to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
• Strong work ethic: Reliable, punctual, and dedicated.
• Proficient in English: Capable of professional, client-facing communication.
• Team player: Collaborative and able to fit into a small, close-knit team culture.
