About the Role: As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality care standards. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations - Manage budgetary and financial operations effectively - Recruit, train, and supervise staff members - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment - Collaborate with medical professionals and community resources - Uphold the highest standards of resident care and satisfaction

Requirements:

- Active Nursing Home Administrator license 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care facility
