Job Description

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at our Toyota Cleveland Heights . The Parts Manager will supervise the parts department, ensuring optimal operations and excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate parts department activities, including inventory management and customer service.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and work towards achieving them.
• Hire, train, and evaluate parts department staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Oversee stock order procedures and manage incoming inventory.
• Maintain a balanced inventory and ensure all parts are correctly priced and stocked.
• Keep the computer system updated with accurate part information and pricing.
• Enforce safety standards and demonstrate professional behavior consistent with company values.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in parts management or a related automotive role.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Able to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive management is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
