The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring a Payroll Administrator to process payroll for bi-weekly multi-entity structure. This role will also coordinate data provided from various facilities and ensure accurate processing in Lawson HRIS system.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates check/voucher processing & distribution of payroll reports. Review payroll reports for accuracy and adjusts, as necessary
  • Coordinate and process all equity compensation W-2/payroll adjustments
  • Communicates with all levels of employees as needed when an employee has a question surrounding their payroll or W-2
  • Manage bi-weekly payroll processing including providing necessary training/support
  • Perform off cycle duties such as manual checks, voids, garnishment refunds and payroll adjustments
  • Assist Accounting with monthly financial close of specific facility accounts. Oversee the completion of various financial reports/spreadsheets
Qualifications

Associates degree required, Bachelor's preferred with 3 - 5 years' corporate payroll experience.

  • Microsoft Office proficient. Lawson or Workday experience preferred
  • Must be detail and goal oriented and have follow-through skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professionalism in dealing with all customers and ability to work with other UHS staff and/or resources is required
  • Must be able to work in an office environment at the corporate office
  • Must be able to multi-task, problem-solve keep information organized and be able to work well independently and with others
