Role: Payroll Analyst

Location : Somerset NJ

Duration - 3 MONTHS

Shift - mon-fri (8:30 am - 4:30pm EST).

**REMOTE POSITION**

Job Description:

This position is directly responsible for supporting the U.S. Payroll Team in the efficient and timely completion of payroll processing, maintenance of employee tax withholding elections, delivery of net payments and garnishments.

Responsibilities :

• Meet payroll deadlines while adhering to internal controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate employee payments (including garnishments).
• Prepare and manage ON-cycle and OFF-cycle payments.
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Research and resolve employee service requests and inquiries.
• Prepare import files and process pay adjustments.
• Generate payroll-related reports for ad hoc requests and routine audits.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Workday proficiency (mandatory for payroll functions).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR, or relevant roles.
• Someone with solid payroll knowledge and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with using Workday and Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong communicator for HR collaboration and handling employee service queries.
