Job Title: Remote Records Clerk

As a Remote Records Clerk, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate, up-to-date records while supporting data entry, scanning, filing, and responding to record requests. Responsibilities:
Enter and verify data to ensure accuracy
Scan and index documents for easy access
Maintain both digital and physical filing systems with attention to detail
Respond to internal and external requests for records in a timely manner
Review records to ensure completeness and accuracy

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related field
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type 40 wpm
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field
Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, CRR)
Experience with database management software
Familiarity with HIPAA or other regulatory requirements

Technical Skills:
Experience with database management software (e.g., SharePoint, FileHold)
Proficiency in document scanning software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with electronic record-keeping systems
