Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• I possess Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); having Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) and/or other Salesforce certifications is advantageous.
• I have over 2 years of practical experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• I have demonstrated proficiency in managing Salesforce workflows, process automation, security settings, and data governance.

• I will be part of a team that implements and maintains our new Salesforce environment, assisting with system administration, business process setup, user profiles, permissions, and data visibility.
• I will maintain, manage, and enhance Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, record types, workflows, and validation rules.
• I am responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automations that align with business needs.
• I will oversee platform customization to improve user experience and streamline processes, collaborating with business teams to translate their requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• I will ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data hygiene, overseeing de-duplication, standardization, and validation processes as necessary.
• I will lead cross-functional projects related to enhancing Salesforce, working closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT.
• I will regularly monitor and update the Salesforce platform to guarantee its performance, security, and compliance with corporate policies, managing access controls, data permissions, and role hierarchies.
• I will provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize their proficiency in Salesforce features and processes, developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations and best practices.

More:

- I will be working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Positions are available in Willingboro, NJ; Chicago, IL; or Denton, TX.
- This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year.

- The physical demands of this role include continuous sitting and typing, occasional overhead work, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with frequent walking or standing required at times.
