Requirements

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developers (Expert-Level) to join our dynamic team for a high-visibility client engagement. This role requires deep technical expertise across various Salesforce clouds—including Service, Experience, Marketing, and Sales Cloud—and hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate should possess expert-level proficiency in Salesforce configuration, development, and multi-org deployment strategies, with a strong understanding of CRM functional processes and modern development practices. A Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions using:
  

  • Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Record Types
    

  • Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
    

  • Reports, Dashboards, and CRMA (formerly Einstein Analytics)
    

• Promote low-code/no-code solutions for business use cases where applicable.
  

• Develop robust and scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components .
  

Salesforce Development

• Design and develop high-performance Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs following Salesforce best practices.
  

• Use SOQL and SOSL effectively with performance and governor limits in mind.
  

• Create modular, reusable code and maintain clean, well-documented development practices.
  

Integration & Multi-Org Architecture

• Design and implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs .
  

• Build and maintain multi-org deployment packages using SFDX , Unlocked Packages , and GitLab .
  

• Leverage tools such as MuleSoft or other middleware platforms for scalable integrations.
  

DevOps, CI/CD & Version Control

• Manage source code using GitLab or similar tools.
  

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to promote automated testing, version control, and streamlined deployments across environments.
  

• Ensure traceable, auditable, and well-governed deployments following agile delivery practices.
  

Security & Governance

• Implement Salesforce security models including OWD , Profiles , Permission Sets , Sharing Rules , and Role Hierarchies .
  

• Support SSO and oAuth flows and enforce data protection policies using tools like Salesforce Security Center .
  

Data Management & Migration

• Migrate large datasets using Data Loader , Data Import Wizard , and third-party tools.
  

• Support data model optimization, schema design, and large data volume (LDV) handling strategies.
  

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
  

• Participate in code reviews , maintain documentation, and contribute to reusable code libraries and best practice guides.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Salesforce development and technical implementation experience.
  

• 6+ years hands-on Salesforce configuration expertise across key CRM modules (Contacts, Accounts, Case Management, etc.).
  

• 4+ years of Apex development experience.
  

• 3+ years of LWC development experience.
  

• 5+ years experience with Flows, Process Builder, automation tools.
  

• 2+ years in multi-org package development and deployment using unlocked packages and GitLab.
  

• Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
  

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling , governor limits , bulkification , and metadata architecture .
  

• Strong understanding of version control and CI/CD workflows in Salesforce ecosystems.
  

• Proven experience with security models, SSO, and user access management.
  

• Experience using reporting/analytical tools like CRMA, Power BI, Tableau.
  

• Exposure to tools like Salesforce Security Center , and AppExchange evaluations .
  

• Experience working in agile/scrum-based delivery environments .
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce
  

• Exposure to Salesforce Government Cloud or regulated environments
  

• Familiarity with Kafka , event-driven architecture
  

• Previous experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions evaluation and implementation
  

• Experience with custom metadata , custom settings , and governance/optimization tools
  

• EA modeling experience using Lucidchart , Draw.io , or ArchiMate
  

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) – Mandatory
  

• Additional certifications like Application Architect, System Architect, or Integration Architect are a plus.
